Our story

Lalu Therapy was born from something I’ve come to believe deeply: so much of our lives can be spent looking outside of ourselves for a place to feel okay.

We look for it in relationships. In being needed. In getting things right. In being successful, good, helpful, strong. In becoming the version of ourselves we think we’re supposed to be.

And sometimes, even when we have all of those things, something still feels off.

Maybe it’s because somewhere along the way, we lost touch with ourselves. We got so used to listening to everyone else, to what they needed, what they expected, what seemed right, that we stopped asking what we needed, what felt true, or who we actually were underneath it all.

I created Lalu Therapy as a space to come back to those questions. A space to slow down, get curious, and be honest about what’s really going on beneath the surface. To make room for the parts of ourselves we’ve pushed aside, the relationships that feel complicated, and the things we don’t always know how to put into words.

Because maybe coming home to ourselves isn’t about finding some perfect version of who we’re meant to be. Maybe it’s about getting quiet enough to hear ourselves again and trusting what we hear.

That’s the kind of space I hope Lalu can be. A place to come as you are, get a little curious, and see what you might discover along the way.

The heart of Lalu Therapy

“You are not starting over. You are starting deeper. Every layer you explore brings you closer to yourself”
