I am registered social worker in Ontario, with over 10 years of experience in human services, including more than seven years working as a 911 operator. My professional background has given me valuable insight into the complexities of the human experience and the challenges people can face during times of stress, uncertainty, and change. These experiences have reinforced for me the importance of compassion, connection, and creating space for people to feel heard, supported, and understood.

My approach to therapy is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling safe enough to show up as you are, without the pressure to have everything figured out. I strive to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and work through the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be holding you back. I believe therapy is not about changing who you are, but about helping you reconnect with yourself, recognize your strengths, and find new ways forward.

Drawing from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, person-centred therapy, and integrative approaches, I tailor my work to each person's unique experiences, needs, and goals. I support adults and families navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, attachment concerns, life transitions, and grief and loss. I recognize that everyone's journey is different, and I believe therapy should reflect that individuality.

I became a therapist because I genuinely want to help people move toward a place of greater well-being, where they can experience more joy, connection, and fulfillment in their lives. I show up fully in each session, bringing authenticity, compassion, and a genuine commitment to the therapeutic relationship. My hope is that our work together helps you feel more understood, build confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges, and create space for the things that matter most to you. You don't have to have all the answers before beginning therapy; we can work together to find a path forward that feels right for you.

I’m a Registered Social Worker and former educator with over 10 years of experience in the school system, having worked as both an educational assistant and elementary school teacher. While I’ve chosen to step away from the classroom and move more fully into the world of therapy, I carry many of the tools, insights, and relational skills I developed in education into the work I do today.

I support individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges such as trauma, PTSD, anger, and emotional regulation, while also holding space for a wide range of other experiences that clients may bring. These are simply some of the concerns I work with most often. I have a strong understanding of the nervous system and gently weave this into our work together, helping you better understand your responses, feel more regulated, and build a greater sense of stability in your daily life.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I believe in meeting you exactly where you’re at—without pressure or expectation—and working together in a way that feels supportive, respectful, and meaningful to you. Therapy with me isn’t about having all the answers right away, but about creating a space where you can explore, reflect, and move toward your goals at your own pace.

I bring care, curiosity, and compassion into each session. I’m also currently working toward training in the Gottman Method to further support couples in strengthening and understanding their relationships. I offer services in both English and Polish for those who feel most comfortable speaking in their first language.
